Top Ten Books For People Who Like the Shiver Trilogy

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week's theme is "Top 10 books for people who like X book."

I chose Shiver (The Wolves of Mercy Falls Trilogy) by  Maggie Stiefvater because I'm a sucker for werewolf stories, especially ones involving romance. So if you were a fan of Shiver, check out these other awesome titles ^.^

 If you liked...

You might like...

#1: Fateful by Claudia Gray

A paranormal romance involving werewolves on the Titanic. Need I say more?

#2: The Dark Divine by Bree Despain

Pastor's daughter falls in love with a werewolf. A very sweet romance, similar to Shiver. If you love Sam you'll love Daniel! The author also puts her own interesting spin on the werewolf legend, keeping it fresh, but I won't give it away ;]

#3: Raised by Wolves by Jennifer Lynn Barnes

A human girl (Bryn) is adopted by the Alpha of a werewolf pack. It was so interesting to read, especially seeing how being raised by werewolves affected Bryn. These books get even better as they go along.

#4: Nightshade by Andrea Cremer

I recommend this one hesitantly because I thought it was just alright (too much drama and raging hormones for my taste), but a lot of people love it, and I'll admit there was something addicting about it, so I'll put it on here.

#5: Paranormalcy by Kiersten White

About Evie, who works for the International Paranormal Containment Agency. A fun, exciting, and funny romance/adventure with a mix of paranormal creatures.

 #6: Firelight by Sophie Jordan

About Jacinda, who is a draki--a descendant of dragons who can shift into human form. She ends up falling in love with the son of a dragon hunter, Will. I know it doesn't involve werewolves, but there's something about the romance/plot that I feel fans of Shiver would enjoy.

#7: City of Bones by Cassandra Clare

Demon hunters. Werewolves. Vampires. Warlocks. A sexy romance. This book is any paranormal fantasy lover's dream.

#8: The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater

Another amazing book by Maggie Stiefvater, this one is about a race held on a fictional island once a year but the horses are deadly, wild water horses captured from the sea and capable of killing a man.

#9: Unearthly by Cynthia Hand

A sweet romance about a part-angel, Clara, who is trying to discover her purpose.

#10: Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare

Also set in Cassandra Clare's world of the Shadow Hunters, but in Victorian London. Great paranormal romance!
